Until then, you shut me out.
I really don’t mean to. I just don’t feel that I would be doing you justice by trying to catch up with you in between the other things I have to do.
I am not offended my love, not at all. But the time may not be far off when you will want nothing else but to be with me, for in me your eternal longings will be fulfilled.
Wouldn’t that cut me off from everybody and everything else? Wouldn’t it be unhealthy?
My darling, when you are truly with me, you will truly be present to all else, for there is no separation between me and the rest of the world, indeed none between you and the rest of the world.
I wish I could truly understand the things that you say.
These things are beyond understanding my precious one. Rather, they are to be known, or should I say, they are already known, though asleep. You will awaken them when you fall in love with me. Again.
Again?
Yes, again.
Is it possible, do you think Lucy, to partake of such a Divine exchange, to bring oneself to taste the sweetest nectar of devotion - without a focal point?
ReplyDeleteIs it implied that one should adopt a pure incarnation or image of Divinity as a focal point?
Thank you L <3 L
Is it possible to partake of such a Divine exchange?
ReplyDeleteOh yes! What you read here is it, wouldn't you say? And isn't that the 'focal point'?
I don't think it's about '*adopting* a pure incarnation or image of Divinity..'. Rather, it is more like allowing what is already there to be heard or felt (or seen?). It has always been there but I have been inaccessible, guarded/barricaded by my perceptions, expectations, beliefs, fears, demands...
To be 'spoken' to in such a pure, loving, undemanding, unconditional way frees you! You have no need to prove yourself anymore, to be 'worthy', to 'deserve', to defend, exonerate or punish yourself. Neither do you need anyone else to do it for you. At last you are free. And the more you 'listen', them more you learn be likewise for yourself and others. That is true freedom! That is the gift of pure, unconditional love!
Blessings!
"What you read here is it, wouldn't you say? And isn't that the 'focal point'?"
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly - so allowing ourselves to imagine, immerse ourselves in and to give voice to our own unconditionality - is the only way to experience it - the adoption of any external focal point merely adds a layer of disguise - to a most profound truth?
What a remarkable gift you have - thank you L <3 L
"...to give voice to our own unconditionality...
ReplyDeleteBrilliant and beautiful (not that they are mutually exclusive)!!!
